Harricana use luxurious recycled fabrics, the peels and the furs are unique, each item has is own particularity and charm.

Shipping

We will prepare your order in 2 openings days (except exceptional situation), for a faster delay or further information contact us. The order will be send by regular mail.

A 10$ packing, handling and shipping fees will be added to your order.

Availability

If your size is not available we will able to order it, we will need a maximum of 2 month delay. Contact us for further information. We do not accept any order for products on sales.

Completely satisfied or completely refund: If in spite of our care you have a mistake in your shipment or if you are not entirely satisfied, contact us within 10 days after the delivery. After this period we will not accept any claim. We will propose you an exchange or a refund.

Returns according products guarantee: Our products are coming with our 1 year guarantee upon the final sales date, but does not cover damages caused by excessive wear and tear, negligence, accident, or a non-compliance of the care instructions.

Return policy

All the returns have to be sent to Harricana’s customer Service. Contact us in advance to obtain a return number. We will ask you the invoice number showing the item. For guaranteed product, according to the case we will repair the product, replace. We will refund you for the returned items if they are not damaged and the tags are on.

The shipping fees for return are on your charge.

Taxes

For deliveries in Quebec the T.P.S. for 5 % and the T.V.Q. for 7,5 % will be added to your order amount. For deliveries outside of Quebec please contact us.
