Are the products available at the Harricana shop are all available on www.harricana.qc.ca?
No, only a small part of the shop inventory is available online.
Are the prices the same in store and online?
Yes. Our prices are always the same as the Harricana shop and on www.harricana.qc.ca. However, some balances are available only online.
I would like to order an item that is not available on the online store. Is it possible ?
Yes. If the item is available in stores, it can be ordered by phone at 514-282-1616. If the item is not available in store, it will be possible to order it via a special order.
What are the shipping fees ?

Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, we also ship to the United States and Europe.
I need my order in a shorter time, can I have an expedited delivery?
Yes, contact our customer service for a special arrangement for the delivery of your order. Additional fees may apply.
Can I have my order delivered elsewhere than at home?
Yes. You can have your orders shipped to any Canadian, American or European address of your choice. Remember that a signature is required upon delivery.
Can I have items from the same order delivered to multiple different addresses?
No. For the moment, it is impossible to make multiple deliveries to different addresses in the same order.
Can I return a purchase made online?
Yes. You can exchange or refund any merchandise purchased on www.harricana.qc.ca at our Montreal boutique-workshop within 10 days of receipt.
What do I have to do to return a purchase made online?
When presenting yourself in the store, make sure you have the original invoice and the item you want to return to facilitate the transaction.
Can I get a refund online from a shop purchase?
No. A purchase made in the shop can only be refunded in the shop.
If I want to return, are there any shipping costs?
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of error on the order.
What is the allowed time to apply for an exchange or return online?
You have a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
